Free listings
Posting a job listing on PonoHire is free. There are no paid listings, and the site does not charge employers or job seekers to use the job board.
Admin approval and moderation
All new job listings are reviewed by a site administrator before they appear on the site. Listings stay pending until they are approved, and edits to published listings also require administrator approval. A listing may be held for review, edited for clarity, or declined if it does not fit the purpose of the site.
Employer responsibility
Employers are responsible for the content of their own listings, including the job title and description, company information, location, job type, and application details. Employers must make sure their listings are accurate and that they comply with applicable employment law, including laws about equal opportunity, wages, and hiring.
No guarantee of applicants
PonoHire does not guarantee that a listing will receive any applications, or that any applicant will be suitable for a role. Posting a listing is not a promise of hiring outcomes.
Removal of listings
The site may remove a listing at any time, including if the listing is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, expired, or no longer appropriate for the site. If you would like a listing removed, please contact the site administrator.
